For years, Tom Tokarcik was a high-performing cyclist. He loved riding fast, traveled for events, and felt good. Then, in 2025, the wheels came off. Burnout, mentally and physically. He couldn’t hit his numbers, started losing muscle mass, and his motivation flagged.

The Longevity Audit revealed Tom’s extremely low testosterone and DHEA levels, explaining his persistent low mood and energy. Christine recommended DHEA supplementation and, potentially, TRT, clarifying how these are tools for optimization, not just “fixes.”
