Rollfast Inc. (“Rollfast,” “we,” “us”) operates coaching.rollfast.us. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what your choices are.
What we collect
- Contact details you submit through our forms: name, email address, and phone number.
- Athlete intake information when you book a Longevity Audit or apply for coaching, including age, training history, and health information you choose to share. Intake forms and payments are processed by JotForm; payments for coaching plans are processed by TrainingPeaks. We do not store your card details on this site.
- Blood work results you send us for the Longevity Audit. These are used only to prepare your analysis, consultation, and report, and are shared only with the Rollfast team members working on your Audit.
- Account information if you register for a membership or the forum (username, email, profile content).
- Usage data via Google Analytics (through Google Site Kit): pages visited, device type, approximate location. This is collected only with your cookie consent.
How we use it
- To deliver the services you purchase: coaching, the Longevity Audit, camps, and memberships.
- To send you the newsletter if you subscribe (via Mailchimp). Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
- To respond to inquiries you send through our contact forms.
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share your health information or blood work with third parties, except the lab partner involved in fulfilling your Audit (Own Your Labs and LabCorp handle your lab order and results under their own privacy policies).
- We are a performance coaching service, not a medical provider, and we are not a HIPAA-covered entity. We still treat your health information as confidential.
Cookies
We use necessary cookies for site function and, with your consent, analytics and marketing cookies. You can change your choices anytime through the cookie settings link on this site.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us at info@rollfast.us and we will respond within 30 days.
Retention
We keep client records, including Audit reports, while you are an active client and for 3 years afterward, then delete them on request or per our schedule.
