Longevity Audit
Stop training like you’re 25.
Most coaching still runs 25-year-old training models on 50-year-old bodies.
You’re doing the work. The results stopped showing up.
Structured intervals, long rides, consistent volume. And still:- Fatigue that lingers for days
- Recovery you can’t predict
- Power that’s flat or sliding
- More sick days, more niggles, more “off” weeks
That pattern usually isn’t a training problem. After 40, the systems that turn training into fitness start to shift: hormones, inflammation, micronutrient status, metabolic efficiency. When those systems are off, the plan doesn’t matter, because the plan was never the problem.
Your legs are ready. Your physiology isn’t backing them up.
Matt on why most training plans fail riders over 40 (2 min)
The Longevity Audit finds the biomarkers holding back your power and recovery, and gives you a plan built for the physiology you actually have.
The Longevity Audit
A performance diagnostic for cyclists 40-80. We measure what’s happening inside your body, then translate it into training you can actually absorb.A cycling-specific blood panel
Not a disease screen. A performance panel built for aging athletes:
- Hormones: free and total testosterone, thyroid, cortisol
- Inflammation and immune response: CRP, white blood cell patterns
- Metabolic efficiency: glucose, A1C, lipids, insulin sensitivity
- Micronutrients: vitamin D3, magnesium, ferritin, B vitamins, electrolytes
- Recovery and repair: liver and kidney function, hydration, red blood cell health
A 45-minute review with Christine Tanner
Christine reads your numbers against optimal performance ranges, not the clinical reference ranges your doctor uses to rule out disease. “Normal” is not the same as optimal for an athlete. You leave the call knowing which markers are limiting your riding and why you feel the way you do.
Your performance report and action plan
A written roadmap built from your results:
- Your Recovery Capacity Index: how much training stress your body can absorb right now
- The highest-priority corrections, in order
- How to adjust your training zones for your current physiology
- Nutrition, supplement, and recovery protocols matched to your numbers
Want the training built around your results too? They plug straight into Rollfast coaching. The Audit is the map. Coaching is the ride.
How it works
- Book your Audit and complete the intake form
- Your lab order arrives by email from our lab partner, Own Your Labs, within 1 to 2 business days
- Print your order and take it to any LabCorp. Walk-ins work at most locations, and many sit inside or next to a Walgreens.
- Christine analyzes your results and we schedule your review
- You get your report, your plan, and a clear next step
Most athletes finish the whole process in 10 to 14 days.
What’s included
- Full cycling-specific biomarker panel
- Lab order and processing, fees included
- 45-minute one-on-one review with Christine Tanner
- Personalized performance report and Recovery Capacity Index
- Training, nutrition, and recovery recommendations built for cyclists 40-80
The Longevity Audit
$499
One payment. Lab fees included. No separate bill from the lab.
A comparable panel ordered on your own typically runs $350 to $500 before anyone interprets it. The interpretation is the part you can’t get anywhere else.

Who reads your numbers
Christine Tanner is Rollfast’s longevity and nutrition specialist, with 15+ years of experience interpreting blood work. She reads it through one lens: what your body needs to train, recover, and adapt.
Where a standard physical asks “is anything wrong?”, Christine asks “what’s keeping you from riding stronger?”
See what you’ll get
Every Audit ends with a written report you can act on.No stock template and no generic advice. Here is founder Matt Tanner’s actual report from March 2026, exactly as it was delivered.

Why this exists
At 51, I broke at a training camp. My coach had me on the same plan he used for young pros, and I was determined to prove I could hang. Instead, my recovery tanked, my energy collapsed, and my season unraveled. The worst part: nobody could tell me why.
The answer wasn’t motivation or toughness. It was physiology. Recovery, inflammation, hormones, metabolism, all of it shifts with age, and if you’re not measuring those systems, you’re training blind.
The Longevity Audit is the tool I needed that year. Now it’s the first thing I recommend to any rider over 40 whose fitness is slipping without an obvious reason.
Matt Tanner, co-founder, Rollfast Coaching
“After a month of listening to Matt and Christine about moving more macros to protein, I hit a new top power number… I’d spent a decade-plus stripping muscle to get to race weight and never truly recovering… I feel strong, fit, and fresh.”

Racing sanctioned events? We work clean.
Tell us on the intake form if you compete under USADA, UCI, or other sanctioning bodies. Competing athletes get recommendations screened against the current WADA Prohibited List, with anything that would need a therapeutic use exemption clearly flagged. Non-competing athletes get the full range of options. Same audit, same depth, recommendations that fit your rules.
Questions, answered
Is this a medical service?
No. We don’t diagnose or treat anything. This is a performance analysis of how your body is handling training, stress, and aging. If anything in your results needs medical attention, we’ll flag it clearly and point you to your doctor. Many athletes share their Audit results with their physician.
Do I need to stop training before the blood draw?
No. Train normally. We want a real snapshot of how your current load is landing.
Where does the blood draw happen?
Any LabCorp, nationwide. We handle the lab order; you just show up. Walk-ins are accepted at most locations.
How long does the process take?
About 10 to 14 days from booking to report, depending on lab turnaround.
I compete in sanctioned races. Are the recommendations safe?
Yes. Flag it on the intake form and every recommendation in your report is checked against the current WADA Prohibited List. We will never put a competing athlete on something that risks their eligibility.
How is this different from the panel my doctor runs?
A standard panel screens for disease and stops at “normal.” We measure performance markers and read them against optimal ranges for an athlete, then turn them into specific training, nutrition, and recovery changes.
I don’t race. Is this still for me?
Yes. It’s for any cyclist 40-80 who wants more energy and predictable recovery, not just competitors. Non-competing athletes also get access to the full range of recommendations, including options restricted in sanctioned racing.
Does it include a training plan?
The Audit gives you targeted recommendations, not a week-by-week plan. If you want coaching built around your results, that’s what Rollfast coaching is for.
How often should I repeat it?
Every 6 to 12 months. The second Audit is where you see the corrections working.
Train for the body you have, not the one you had at 25.
If you’re over 40 and training harder isn’t working, the answer isn’t more discipline. It’s data.$499 all-in · Labs included · Results in about two weeks
