Stop Training Like You’re 25.

Most coaches still use pro-level training models on men 40+.
Your physiology has changed — your coaching should too.
The Longevity Audit reveals the biomarkers limiting your performance and shows you how to fix them.

The Real Reason You’re Losing Power…

and it has nothing to do with your training

When Training Stops Delivering Results, the Problem Isn’t Your Fitness — It’s Your Internal Systems

You’re putting in the work: structured intervals, long endurance rides, consistent volume.
Yet, you still experience:

  • Persistent Fatigue
  • Slow and Inconsistent Recovery
  • Stalled or Declining Power Output
  • Fragile Fitness (more injuries, illness, “off” days)

This is the pattern of internal limitation — not poor training

As men age, key biomarkers shift: hormones, inflammation markers, micronutrient status, immune function, and metabolic efficiency. These directly influence how your body responds to training stimulus.

When these systems aren’t optimized, no training plan — no matter how disciplined — can produce meaningful progress.

Your legs might be ready.
Your physiology isn’t supporting them.

INTRODUCING THE LONGEVITY AUDIT

The only performance diagnostic built for cyclists 40–80.

Your physiology after 40 is different — and your coaching needs to be too.

The Longevity Audit identifies the exact internal markers that determine your power, recovery, stamina, and long-term durability.

❌ No guesswork.
❌ No generic coaching.
✔️ Just precise, personalized insight into what your body needs right now to perform at its best.

This is the starting point for any athlete who wants to keep riding strong for decades.

The Longevity Audit

A data-driven blueprint for unlocking your true capacity.

Your training is only as effective as the physiology behind it.
The Longevity Audit reveals the internal markers driving your performance — so you can train smarter, recover faster, and stay strong for decades.

1. Cycling-Specific Blood Panel

A comprehensive biomarker analysis designed specifically for aging athletes.
We measure the systems that matter most for performance:

  • Hormonal Balance
Testosterone (free + total), thyroid function, cortisol regulation
  • Inflammation & Immune Response
CRP, white blood cell patterns, systemic stress indicators
  • Metabolic Efficiency
Glucose, A1C, lipid panels, insulin sensitivity markers
  • Micronutrient Status
Vitamin D3, magnesium, ferritin, B-vitamins, electrolyte balance
  • Recovery & Repair Systems
Liver function, kidney function, hydration, red blood cell health
Why this matters:
After age 40, these markers dictate how well you recover, adapt, and build power. If they’re off, performance will always be capped — no matter how hard you train.

2. One-on-One Longevity Review

A 45-minute personalized consult with longevity specialist Christine Tanner.

She will:

  • Interpret your bloodwork in plain language
  • Connect biomarkers directly to your riding performance
  • Identify what’s causing fatigue, slow recovery, or stalled power
  • Expose the “invisible limiters” no coach or training app can see
  • Give you a full picture of how your body is functioning today
Why this matters:
You finally understand why you feel the way you do — and the exact internal systems holding you back.

3. Personalized Performance Report & Action Plan

You’ll receive a clear, structured roadmap built around your biomarkers:

  • Your Recovery Capacity Index (How much training stress your body can safely absorb)
  • High-priority corrections for hormones, inflammation, or micronutrient gaps
  • How to adjust your training zones for your current physiology
  • Nutrition, supplementation, and recovery protocols tailored to men 40+
  • Specific steps to rebuild strength, stamina, and long-term durability
Why this matters:
You walk away knowing exactly how to train smarter — not harder — for the next decade.

4. (Optional) Rollfast Coaching Integration

Your audit results can be used to immediately optimize your training with a Rollfast coaching program designed specifically for athletes 40–80.

Why I created the Longevity Audit

When I turned 51, I learned a hard truth the painful way:
I was training like I was still 25… and my body wasn’t having it.

I was at a training camp, doing everything “right” — volume, intervals, discipline. But my coach had me on the same plan he used for young pros. I pushed, I dug deep, I tried to prove I could hang.

Instead, I broke.

“This moment didn’t end me — it redirected me.”

My recovery tanked. My energy collapsed. My performance wasn’t just stalling — it was unraveling. And the worst part?
No one could tell me why.

The wake-up call I didn’t see coming.

That sent me on a mission to understand what really holds cyclists over 40 back.
Not motivation.
Not work ethic.
Not toughness.

Physiology.

As we age, our internal systems change. Recovery, inflammation, hormones, metabolism — all of it shifts. And if you’re not measuring those systems, you’re training blind.

That’s why I built the Longevity Audit.

It’s the tool I needed when everything started slipping.
It shows you what’s happening inside your body so you can train smarter, stay stronger, and keep riding at a level that actually feels good again.

I believe cyclists in their 40s, 50s, 60s, and 70s deserve more than generic training plans.
We deserve precision.
We deserve longevity.
We deserve to feel powerful, not worn down.

The Longevity Audit exists because your best years don’t have to be behind you —
you just need a plan built for the physiology you have today.

No pressure. No gimmicks. Just clarity, insight, and a plan built for your next decade of cycling.

Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly is the Longevity Audit?

It’s a performance-driven blood analysis specifically designed for cyclists age 50–80.
We assess the biomarkers that directly affect power, recovery, durability, metabolism, and long-term health — then translate them into a personalized training and longevity plan.

Is this a medical service?

No. We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions.
This is a performance-focused physiological analysis that gives you insight into how your body is adapting to training, aging, stress, recovery, and lifestyle.
Many clients share their Audit results with their physicians as a powerful supplement to their regular care.

Do I need to stop training before the blood draw?

No. Train normally.
We want a real-world snapshot of how your current lifestyle and training load are impacting your biomarkers.

Is the blood draw done at home or at a lab?

You’ll complete your blood draw at LabCorp, which has locations nationwide — often inside or adjacent to Walgreens.

Appointments are available if you prefer to schedule ahead, but walk-ins are accepted at most locations, making the process simple and flexible.

We handle the lab order for you.
All you need to do is show up for the draw.

How long does the process take?

Most athletes complete the full process in 10–14 days, depending on lab turnaround times.
The consultation is scheduled once we have your bloodwork back and analyzed.

Can I do this if I’m not currently racing?

Absolutely.
This program is designed for any cyclist who wants to improve their energy, strength, durability, and long-term health — not just competitive athletes.

What makes this different from a regular blood test?

Traditional blood panels only screen for disease.
The Longevity Audit focuses on performance, recovery, inflammation, metabolism, immune strength, and aging markers — and translates them into specific training recommendations.
No other cycling program offers this depth of insight for athletes over 50.

What if my results show something concerning?

We will clearly identify anything that needs medical attention and advise you to follow up with your doctor.
Our goal is to empower you — not to replace your physician.

What should I expect from the 45-minute consultation?

We provide targeted recommendations, but not a full training plan.
If you want coaching built around your physiology, you can apply for Rollfast Coaching after the Audit.

How often should I do a Longevity Audit?

Most athletes repeat the Audit every 6–12 months to measure progress and catch physiological changes early.

Your Best Cycling Years Are Still Ahead — If You Train With the Right Data

If you’re a cyclist over 40, training harder won’t make you faster.
Training smarter — guided by your own physiology — will.

The Longevity Audit is the roadmap.

It shows you exactly what your body needs to build power, recover faster, and stay strong for decades.

No pressure. No gimmicks. Just clarity, insight, and a plan built for your next decade of cycling.
